Draft. A- Cherry. A- Reddish color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Cherry, cola. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, mildly tart finish. O- Nice cherry notes throughout, but needs to be a lot more sour. Almost soda like.

Draft. A- Plums, sweet. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Plums, hard candy, sweet. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Almost no sourness at all. They really need to sour it up. Aroma was much better than the taste which seems to be the case for all Boiler beers. More sourness and less sweetness would really make this great.

Draft. A- Apricots, gummy bears, spice, yeasty. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Belgian candy yeast, spices, wheat, apricot. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Lots of spicy yeast. The nose was very nice but didn’t quite translate into the palate.

Draft. A- Sweet, plums, mixed berries. A- Purple color, hazy liquid, light pink head. T- Sweet, mild tartness, mixed berries. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Pretty sweet and not too sour. The currants definitely cover up the base beer. It’s okay but not as balanced as it could be.

Draft. A- Chocolate, oranges, mint. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Chocolate, oranges, mint, subtle char. P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish. O- This smells and mostly tastes just like those chocolate covered orange stick candies. It’s surprisingly not too sweet too. They did some good work with this beer.

Draft. A- Chocolate, espresso, coffee, roasty. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, light brown head. T- Coffee beans, roasty, mild bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, roasty finish. O- The aroma is great. Like walking into a Starbucks. The taste is similar but not quite as full or flavorful as the aroma.

Draft. A- Smoke, bacon. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Bacon, smoke. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, meaty finish. O- Tons of smoke and umami. A bit thin but overall tasty. Not sure why this is listed as a brown ale. It’s definitely a smoked beer.

Draft. A- Raspberry. A- Dark red color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Raspberries, soda. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly tart finish. O- A bit too soda like. Knowing what they did with the Raspberry Berliner Weisse, I’m a tad shocked this isn’t better but still decent.

Draft. A- Smores, graham crackers, chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla. A- Black color, black liquid, white head. T- Smores, chocolate sauce, marshmallows, graham crackers. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The official name of this beer is actually "This is not a S’Mores Stout, Just a Tribute." Stupid name but a damn good beer. Almost too good! This literally is like a Smores in a glass. Brau Bros Moo Joos Smores is tasty but this may be even better. I could drink loads of this for dessert. Possibly the best beer brewed in Lincoln.
