Draft at the source. Pitch black, thin white, aroma is why cocoa, melted chocolate bar, roasted barley. Leave her follow suit with the alcohol somewhat hidden. Body in Mouthfeel are medium. Overall, pretty nice.

Again the body is about normal for the gravity. Lots of roasted coffee beans and the finish. Mile chocolate hands throughout the session. Overall, good but it doesn’t blow my socks off

Draft. A- Coffee grounds. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Coffee. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, strong finish. O- Wow. This was basically like drinking pure coffee. Almost too overpowering, especially for a blonde ale. You literally can taste and smell nothing but coffee. I almost feel like they took their blonde and just filtered it through loads of coffee grounds. Admittedly, I really really liked it, but this is one you’re either going to love or hate because it’s so in your face.

Draft. A- Cherry, oak, subtle whiskey. A- Mahogany color, clear liquid, tan head. T- Cherry, oak. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish. O- Weird. Not how I would normally picture a barleywine. Seems like it could have been barrel aged but I don’t think it was. A bit of a lingering bitterness as well. Pretty sweet too. Overall, not bad, just different.

They really need to sour it up. Aroma was much better than the taste which seems to be the case for all Boiler beers. More sourness and less sweetness would really make this great.
