Description
Corfu Beer was founded in 2006 by Spyros Kaloudis. A team with a vision of creating a consumer product with a local character aimed at the many visitors and local residents of the island. To date, Corfu Beer has made its name in the Real Ale market. The brewery features state-of-the-art equipment and installations, and employs full trained staff.

Tap. Golden color, fogged, yellowish foam. Aroma: malt, yeast, a light saaz hops, light spice and grass. Taste: easy, good malt with crackers, a little grassy, light bitterness, drinkable at air temperature +34°C )

Bottle. Almost red color, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel and caramel malt, yeast, pastries, sourness and sweetness. Taste: sweet, a lot of caramel malt, relatively clean, slightly yeasty.

5/7/2019. Draft at VinoBeeroteca, Palaio Faliro, Athens. Pours bright clear gold with a lasting white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, light hops, citrus and sweet tropical fruits. Medium to heavy sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet finish. Ok.

Bottle at tasting with Cuso, MisoW and Gurthnar. Malty aroma, chocolate, light coffee and roasty notes. Tastes the same as aroma, light sour and sweet, medium bitter. Medium to full body, malty bitter sweet finish. Average.
