Skummet veldig, og med en skarp og litt syrlig smak, samtidig som den var temmelig tørr. Bitterheten var det som slo mest igjennom, og jeg mistenker et uhell med gjæringen ... Flere mnd igjen før bf-dato

400ml on tap at Gulating Pub in Bodø. Steady white head leaving rich lacing on the glass. Misty golden body. Moderate smell of grassy hops with a citric touch. Rounded taste profile of grass, ripe lemon, and pale malts beneath. Short-lived fruity ending with noticeable bitterness. Fair enough. (Bodø 25.06.2020).

From bottle on board Fridtjofen 30.06.20. Hazy orange straw colour. Foamy, dense and peristent off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of American hops, old citrus, marmalade, pine and pale malt. Citrus bitterness is lingering on. Dry and overcarbonated.
