Description
“EZA” Hellenic Brewery of Atalanti S.A., holds a 30 years’ brewing experience. The company produces, imports and distributes exclusively national and international beer brands in Greece and abroad. EZA’s plant is harmonically installed in the Greek landscape utilizing for brewing highest quality water from spring fields, sourced from Parnassos Mountain. The Atalanti brewery started its operation in 1989. Continuous maintenance and modernization investment assure the production of beer of the higher quality standards.

500 ml bottle, bought in a supermarket in Rhodos. ABV is 5.2%. Pale golden colour, large white head. Unpleasant aroma of grain, chemical waste and vomit. The flavour is grainy and medium dry, some metallic hops in the finish.

05 l can bought at a little bar on a Thessaloniki quay. Drank from a can. Malts and sugars in aroma. Very sweet and malty. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation, sweet finish. To sweet.

From supermarket in Cyprus. Pours a clear golden color, topped with a medium sized white head, settling rather quickly. Malty nose with some sweet apple and pear fruity presence. Medium sweet with hints of bitterness. A bit metallic aftertatse. Typical for what it is.

33cl Bottle at Like Home, Ermoupolis. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of orange peel, coriander seed and alcohol, some amber malt fruity sweetness. Flavour is likewise, not very different from the White tbh, lots of orange peel a day artificial sweetener. Light bodied. Not great.

33cl Bottle at Like Home, Ermoupolis. Hazy pale golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of coriander seed and lots of orange peel, artificial sweetener, some lemon. Flavour is medium sweet, orange peel, coriander seed, artificial sweetener, hint of wheat, spicy sweet finish, light bitterness. Light bodied. Not great.
