“EZA” Hellenic Brewery of Atalanti S.A., holds a 30 years’ brewing experience. The company produces, imports and distributes exclusively national and international beer brands in Greece and abroad. EZA’s plant is harmonically installed in the Greek landscape utilizing for brewing highest quality water from spring fields, sourced from Parnassos Mountain. The Atalanti brewery started its operation in 1989. Continuous maintenance and modernization investment assure the production of beer of the higher quality standards.

Can. A light golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of brewing cereal.

330ml can, as Berlin Premium Lager 5% abv, brought back from Rethymno, Crete, thanks to Frau Eva. Airy white head, quickly diminishing over a straw-yellow coloured body. Mildly fresh smell of grassy hops and malt. Diluted sweet citrus in flavour. Soft carbonated. Dry, short-lived ending. Thin, but drinkable (Tromsø, 13.06.2010).

Can 500ml.Clear light yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, sour malt, vegetable, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090813]

Can@Papsoe in June 2009. Pale yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is grass, grains, cardboard and mild herbal notes. Flavour is grass, grains, herbs and some mild maltyness and earth. Flavour is a bit better than aroma.
