Brownish black, near flat. Huge sweet smell of rich chocolate, cacao powder, some bourbon. Soft, rich and smooth, with just enough carb to not get overly sticky. Taste is a rich chocolatyness, good bittersweet balance. Finishes on licorice and bourbon.

Can. Color: Yellowish orange, very hazy, large frothy white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit, lemon. Taste: Hoppy, notes of white grape and kiwi from the Nelson Sauvin hop, some orange and lemon(peel), hints of tropical fruit. Lightly resinous. Malty background, wheat malt, very smooth mouthfeel. Moderate sweet and bitter, very lightly, white wine like tartness. Very refreshing. Interesting because of the 'twist' from the Nelson Sauvin hop.
