(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and off-white foamy head. Apricot- and citrus-fruity aroma with a touch of wheat, cara-malt and slightly herbal and metallic hops. Mildly sweet and delicately bitter flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Wheaty and slightly caramelly taste with present fruity notes; mildly bitter and herbal hoppy finish with slightly tart fruity accents. 04.II.14

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, Karamell, leicht fruchtig würzig. Geschmack getreidig malzig, Karamell, Stroh, leicht würzig.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with huge, frothy to creamy, superbly lasting, white head. Wheaty aroma with typical banana notes. Taste is wheaty, minimally spicy yeasty, hints of apple. Select appearance, deficiencies in taste and aroma.

Bottle by Dohny, many thanks! Lightly hazy golden colour. Aroma light caramel, lightly nicely grassy hops. Taste is a bit sharp and spicy, clove. Other than taht, lihtly sweetish matly. Not bad, I can imagine drinking a whole bottle.

Had this in a indoor marketplace, Kreuzberg, Berlin, Germany Saturday 16th November 2013 Hazy bright light gold in colour with white head. Fairly straightforward lager with fairly straightforward tast. Clean, soft in mouth inoffensive lager. Fruity with a high carbonation and middling bitterness. Fine A6 A5 T6 P3 Ov12 3.2

Dieses Bier gab es vor ein paar Jahren als Spezialität in einem österreichischen Restaurant und wurde natürlich prompt gekostet. Es ist ein wirklich gut gebrautet Weizenbier mit fein ausgewogenen getreidigen und fruchtigen Noten, das nicht nur vollmundig süffig, sondern auch leich spritzig-fruchtig die Kehle hinab gleitet.

Draught at BBF13. Dusty aroma. Clear golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off bready, almost veggie. But gets more chalky later with a subtle aroma hop. Good mouthfeel. A little too much CO2 in the finish.
