75cl bottle from Cote Vignoble, Dol-de-Bretagne. Pours a misty pale gold, lively effervescence. Sulphurous green apple nose. Crisp apple skin, sulphur, distant green apple flesh, quite fizzy overall.. lacks a refined balanced character, a touch too much carbonation, ok overall.

Bottle picked up from a Deli in Dol de Bretagne, Normandy, France shared at home with Fred, Noreen, Lynn and Barry Tuesday 27th June 2017 Pours gold with a bubbly head, nice mid sweetness but good appley tang, refreshing, well done cider, little bit of dryness at back end, nice apple skins, like it. Bottle brought by jerohen, medium sample. Cloudy golden color, short bubbly head quickly diminishing like coca cola. Aroma of apple, wood, slight funky touch. Quite dry in taste, apple, tannines. Medium carbonation. I like them to be more funky and more smooth, instead of harsh and dry.
