Pint on tap at Preachers, Hobart. Golden amber beer with thin white head. Nose has some grain, some earthy funk, some lemon. Laces well. Lightly carbonated with lazy bubbles. Very light fizz, soft texture. Long finish has light fizz, light fruit, a developing light bitterness. Really easy-drinking for 6.1% That earthy funk comes back when you belch later!

(Bottle) Pours hazy pink with no head. Interesting aroma of raspberry, citrus, straw and cardboard. Light body, very fizzy. Taste is tart. There’s raspberries and citrus, and maybe a hint of yogurt and some subtle funkiness. Refreshing, tart, pleasant.
