On tap at the brewery tap, at 11.2%. Pours pitch black, noticeably thick and with a tan head that's still there twenty minutes after the pour. Bourbon, vanilla, oak, chocolate, bitter dark chocolate, booze soaked Christmas pudding, bit of brandied cherry. Body like treacle, essentially requires being shaken out the glass. Perhaps not quite the elegance of the regular Ramjet, with the bourbon a little less seamlessly integrated. It's still an absolutely exceptional beer. Boatrocker really are operating a barrel program light years ahead of anything else I've had from Australia.

On tap at the brewery tap. Pours red brown with an off white head. Cherry, red wine vinegar, sour cherry, raspberry, sultanas, big farmyard funk. Lovely tight carbonation. Beautiful complexity, full of cherry and real tart too. Exceptional.

Craft Angel. Dan's 10K boostfest. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Smooth rich dark malts, soft. Good fruity whiskey. Tangy spicy dark fruits. Smooth finish. Quite punchy but tasty.

Bottle shared in London / cheers to Tipple. Pours black-brown with acreamy tan head. Ashy roast in the nose, cocoa. Medium sweet flavour with plenty of booze, torched wood, burnt toffee, ash, baking cocoa, raisins. Full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Hot finish, more ashy roast, dried berries, baking cocoa. Good intense impy.

Bottle. Bright gold with a white head. Modest aroma of cracker dough, apricots, bracken - ie gentle funk. Not as light bodied as you might expect, slightly slippery. Carbonation is a bit low for me, even for a swigging with food beer. Taste follows aroma: a little sweetness with some stone fruit and crackers, then it dries right out with some woody spices, some bitterness and the tiniest hint of sourness. Didn't get much citrus. Another good lowish alcohol one from Boatrocker.

Bottle shared in Bermondsey - thanks to Tipple. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a creamy, whitevehad. The nose has a good bit of funk, manure, ripe citrus. Light sweet flavour with some ripe and juicy melon, more poo, white sugar, wheat bread. Medium bodiednwith fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some juicy citrus, more melon, ripe lemon, moderate funk. Not bad.
