Draft - Sweet candy sugars and fruity esters. Cloudy caramel with a decent white head. Fruity esters and candy sugars. As someone who doesn’t like the style, well balanced and sweetness in check.

Location: Sampled at TapNY, 4/26/14
Aroma: The nose is clean and light hoppy, some grapefruit/citrus hops, and pale malts
Appearance: Pours a hazy yellow-golden color with a thin head and scattered lace
Flavor: It is mid-sweet balanced by a clean bitterness, similar to the nose component-wise
Palate: The body is light-medium, with a clean mouthfeel, and a bit of dryness on the finish
Overall Impression: I found this to be a solid, though kind of light example of an APA. Wasn't quite as good as the beers I remember from Community Beer Works at Tap in 2013.

Aroma: This one has a mostly citrus hop aroma, some grapefruit, orange, lemon, etc
Appearance: It pours a cloudy golden orange color with a white head and medium lace
Flavor: The taste is much the same, lots of citrus, some light sweetness, and plenty of hop
Palate: The body is medium, it has a solid mouthfeel, some chewiness, and a fairly lengthy finish
Overall Impression: These guys make a quite tasty IPA. You really can't go wrong with this one. I found it to be a drinkable and enjoyable example of the style.
