Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.

We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

Crisp, clean and slightly grainy malty with some hay, breadiness, grass and earthiness. Easy going.

Soft, slightly roasty with loads of peanuts, some hints of caramely hot chocolate, smooth milk chocolate sauce. Soft and quite balanced for a pastry stout.

Loads of fresh green hoppiness, tropical fruits, pine, citrus, hints of grapes, herbal dankiness, grapefruit and bitterness. Great.

Poured hazy and orange in color.
Interesting fruity aroma of pink grapefruit, passionfruit. byt also some soapy like notes. Finish was a sharper, crisper feel with citrus and light piney notes even.

Pitch black colour, small head. Aroma is chocolaty, some syrup, miild liquorice as well as some mild spicy and wooden tones with a bit of alcohol. Flavour is liquorice, some chocolate, mild alcohol with some fudgey tones as well as some vanilla and wood. Nicely drinkable.

0,473l can from Hoptimaal webstore. Canned 23/JUL/2025. Murky yellow beer with huge and stable, cloudy white head. Aroma and flavor is tropical fruits, hops, dank and oat. Creamy, smooth, juicy, full body. Excellent.

Bottle. Pitch black, minimal head. Vanilla heavy nose with maple syrup and dark chocolate. Sweet with full to massive body and rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate brownie with lots of maple syrup and vanilla, some bourbon. Warming mid bitter finish. Generic flavour profile, but pretty elegant and never cloying nor overly cakey.
