Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.

We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

Canned 473ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with Hrabren. Pitch black coloured, minimal brownish head, chocolate and coconut in the nose. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, coconut, light nutty and notes of vanilla with some alcohol in the finish.

The beer poured hazy and orange in color.
Sligthly herbal and grassy on the nose with minty and somewhat dank notes in flavor. Pleasantly dry finish. Despite the minty notes a pleasure to drink.

Massive barrel notes, warming alcohol, oak, wood, vanilla, apple brandy, bourbon, toffee, hints of chocolate sauce and cocoa. Quite intense and heavy but tasty.

A hazed milky yellow amber with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Cheshire Cat.

Intense barrel notes, woody oakiness and vanilla, loads of chocolate sauce, oak, cocoa, bourbon, faint vibes of toffee, salted caramel and syrup. Pretty intense and barrel forward, quite good.

The beer poured hazy and orange in color, dense white head.
Fairly dry overall with good amount of citrusy and grassy hops. Aroma also has the typical NZ hop notes of white wine and hint of gooseberries. Clean and bitter.
