Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.
We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy pale amber, small head. Minerally nose with grapes, grass and honeydew. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and resinous. Honeydew, grapes and apricot. Resinous bitter finish.

Keg.
Poured hazy deep orange in color.
Masively hopped with grapes, lychee and tropical fruits. Juicy hops, grapefruit peel. Got a nice bitterness as well.

This stout poured a cloudy brown colour with a deep brown coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents of coconut, cocoa, caramel and a marshmallow. First swig was quite flat. Flavours of roasted coconut, chocolate, cinnamon and a little coffee. Finish is chocolate and cinnamon with a little coconut lingering.
