Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.
We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

Can at the Maple Leaf Place/Big Hungry Moose, Niagara Falls, Ont.
Pours a big foamy head over a clean, bright golden beer color. A basic blonde ale nose at first, with the barest hint of maple syrup lurking behind.
First taste is more blonde ale, a little extra sweetness, then the maple hits me with the aftertaste. After that, I get more maple from the nose, too. A little sweet for the style, of course, but the Maple is oi good proportion and not cloying.

16 oz. Can from the brewpub. Purple pour with a purplish white head. Nice little blueberry nose. Taste is not very tart, but has blueberry at the front, with a bit of grapefruit juice following along. A little tartness slides in, while this kind of shows a reminder of cotton candy flavor. I brought this can to the hotel after a flight of hazy IPAs at the brewpub, so this is a nice nite cap.

2nd of a flight of 4 hazy IPAs with just a few twiddles in each hop load. This has a slightly more amber to the glass that the whitish or yellow Hazies surrounding it. The βcat oxβ Citra or Amarillo hops that remind me of my first Gumballhead in the nose. That carries over into the taste, then brings in a squirt of lemon juice.

Doing a flight of 4 hazy IPAs so I can see what difference just one different hop makes in each. Milky white in my taster glass, with a thin ring of lacy foam, that stays around and leave lace all the way down the glass. Nose of pineapple, papaya, and pine resin. The taste carries through the fruits in the nose, and backs into more pine needles as we go along.

Did a flight 4 Hazies to see if I could tell the difference. Orangey white haze, Sharp nose of lemon zest, And some soft tropical fruit. Goes to more of a standard hazy IPA taste without additional flair. Good baseline with little exotic.

Last of a flight of 4 Hazies, each with one different hop. So I can see if thereβs much difference. I think I did spot them. This one kept a thin ring of foam around the edge of the glass, and left some nice lacing behind. Nose here has the βcat boxβ or dander nose of a Citra or Amarillo hop. But the taste holds more of the stone fruit suggested by the other beers. All part of a distinctly diverse row of Hazy IPAs.

Sampled from keg at Pien shop, Helsinki. (24/06/2026)
The beer poured hazy and orange in color.
Sligthly herbal and grassy on the nose with minty and somewhat dank notes in flavor. Pleasantly dry finish. Despite the minty notes a pleasure to drink.

Sweetish, slightly juicy and tropical fruity with some grassy hops, pine, citrus, grapefruit, floral notes and faint straw, honeydew and grapey dankness. Okay, a bit sweetish
