Three Russians, two Czechs and one Norwegian walk into a bar…

and start writing the story of a microbrewery. In the year 2018, five men from the brewing world decided to combine their love of beer and years of experience and thus created an international brand - Axiom Brewery. Three owners from Russia, two from the Czech Republic. And now guess where did they build the brewery. Of course, at Haná in Prostějov (CZ).

And who is the sixth? He is a rebel. He is a superstar among brewers. He is a legend of craft beer. And he probably got bored in his vineyards in Greece because he joined us. Ladies and gentlemen, Norwegian brewmaster Kjetil Jikiun, founder of the first craft mini-brewery Nøgne Ø in Norway, which had grown so much that he left it and founded another mini-brewery called Solo in Crete, and now he brews beer in Prostějov.

We brewed our first batch at Axiom Brewery in mid-2019, and during our very first six months we immediately climbed to the top of the Ratebeer.com competition for the best new mini-brewery in the Czech Republic. And we had not descend from there even after 2020 and thus defended our ambitions.

We adore a wide range of beer styles, all kinds of flavors and fascinating aromas. We experiment and innovate with passion, with one goal in mind. To treat you with traditional and unusual taste experiences. So we brew, test, taste and taste and taste… and now we have already brewed dozens of different beer styles, including the mindblowing Session Mead style, which we brewed in the Czech Republic first and the public reaction was heartwarming.

Opaque deep brown to black. Small beige head. Nose: dark malts, esters, light nail polish, vinous and salty notes. Light plus body. Taste: medium dry, toast, roast, hop. Light bitterness.

Tap @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Poured hazy golden color, thich white head. Grassy and light fruity aroma,. Flavor is full on bitterness, resin, grass and citrus. Long bitter finish. Lovely flavor and crisp. Mouthdrying.

Can from Axiom pub, Brno. Dark brown color with medium beige head.Aroma of coffee, vanilla. Taste, dark malt, caramel, vanilla, licorice. Good.

Can from Axiom pub, Brno. Hazy yellow light orange color with thick white head. Aroma of passion fruit, yeast. Taste, passion fruits, toasted notes, other tropical fruits, nice sourness, light yeast. Good.

Tap a tap brewery pub. Hazy dark red color with thick pinkish head. Aroma of cherries and yeast, Taste, sour cherries, stones. Tasty.

Tap arm brewpub.Hazy yellow color with medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, hops. Taste, nice hop centered with tropical fruits fruits. Long hoppy bitter finish. Good one.

Tap at Pražský festival piva. Thanks midovark! Golden body, white head. Citric hoppy aroma, pungent, oranges, tangerines. Citric (tangerine) taste, creamy, maltiness pushing slightly underneath. Quite clean, a pretty good, above average APA.

Tap at Pražský festival piva. Rumpál 12° - like it has constantly appeared for a while now. An investigation is in order. Back to the beer. Golden body, white head. Almost no aroma, light flowery touches. Lean flowery taste, slightly chalky, dry, almost no bitterness. Quite okay, sessionable.
