Bottle at THT thanks to sjogro. Clear light golden with quite big white head for a cider. Dried apple peel, light dust, soft apple juice, bitter chalk, soft tannins, some champagne. Light sweet and quite bitter for a cider. Just medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

THT December at deanso’s, still. Very pale straw. With clear white head. Makes me sad and miss the dirty farmhouse ciders from Brittany. But then I just noticed deanso sold one Piss-Soaked-Garfield, so I’m still kinda happy! Dry apple and tannins. Cork. Light sweet and bitter. Thin body, too much alcohol, average carbonation. Nice woody dry touch.
