Description

Operates under company # 30.05497/cat.

Omg what a carbo while pouring this one, terrible murky brownish coloured, some citrus, mostly malts, some caramel, weed, nah and again Rufa doesn’t step beyond the homebrew quality for me! One more to try and then i’ll pass on them …

Bottle at the flat in Cadaques - picked up From a gift shop in Pals. Pours black-brown with a small, frothy tan cap. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of ashy roast, very slightly tangy dark malts, raisins, scorched earth. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Bitter scorched earth finish, more ash, dry cocoa. Not bad overall.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish bubbly head, murky light red color, aroma of vanila, slightly sour fruits and a jammy hint, flavor of apples with vinous notes and some almonds, verr light sourness. Odd but very interesting.
