On tap at Patina, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has lightly citrusy hops, crackery malt, and some straw. Flavour is cleaner than the usual Italian pils, with bright citrusy bitterness, crisp crackery malt, and a little straw. Nicely hopped and vibrant, finishing quite bitter. Honestly one of the better examples of the style. Good.

On tap at Patina, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has grassy hops, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour likewise has a grassy hop character, a touch of pine, some minerality, and crisp crackery malt. Nice grassiness to the hops, and a clean body. Good stuff.

On tap at Main Street — isn't this old by now? — pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out old citrusy hops, some earthiness and cardboard. Flavour reveals tired earthy hops, some cardboard, light pine, and bready malt. Must be at least 3 months old now given when VCBW was—why would Main Street serve this? Not great.

Deep amber with a slight haze. Not sure if this is really the same recipe as the earlier batches everybody else sampled. Piney, orangey hop nose, biscuity malts, strong alcohol signature. All goes well together - classic WC IPA, slotting in between Seattle and San Diego, so I'm wondering if even the label on the can is correct because the 7% abv part is the only part that fits.

Brassy, pale and with just a slight haze. Not much head. Oniony, a touch weedy, light citrus, and lots of pale malt, almost biscuity. A bit of alcohol in the finish. Medium bitterness. I can dig it.

Black, small tan head.. Light sweet nose, notes of tea with similar palate. Thin for style . Not a stout , no hints of roast whatsoever

Poured from 500mL bottle @ Weathered 2023. Hazy reddish brown with small white head. Feint Berry, some balsamic notes, touch of oak. Lacks depth, but inoffensive.

473mL can, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma doesn't have any earl grey character, with medium roasted malt. Flavour is full of medium roasted malt and a tiny hint of tea. Dry and toasty. Pleasant enough.

Poured from 750mL can. Hazed dull gold with small white head. Sweet and metallic malt, with mild bittering hops. Needs improvement.
