473 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with full tan head aromas of dry chocolate and roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional black coffee and plastic.

Poured from 568mL can. Clear amber brown with light beige head. Caramel malt, some crystal thrown in there, quite mild pine hops. Could use some more hops, but decent very old school IPA.

568mL can, pours a clear dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma has plenty of bready malt, resinous hops, light vegetal notes, and a maybe a hint of pine. Flavour has a rather herbal hop expression, some resins, light vegetal notes, and bready malt. Carbonation is oddly aggressive. Finishes with bready malt and resinous, vegetal hops. Not bad but not greatest hop expression.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Lightly clouded amber orange with quickly dissipating small white head. Oak and vinous notes, wild yeast, medium tartness, not bad.

500ml @ Brian's. Appearance: hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: acidity, cherries and cherry seeds, barrel, maybe just a bit of acetone. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: maybe it's a bit rough but quite good.

Okay hazy yellow body minimal foam. Very weak pineapple nougat on the nose. Taste is a wet pineapple, yet somehow refreshing and I am very surprised this is 10.5% so kudos for that, but nothing else.

Weak clear gold body and nearly zero foam. Definitely salt and lime on the nose, not exactly interesting, but at least it's there. Taste is certainly salty lime, in a paint by numbers sort of way. Yes it's there, but Gordon Ramsay and his dream to elevate it would be enormously disappointed.
