7.8/10
Impressive key lime pie—getting the tart limes up front, some lactose-like roundness and Graham cracker, cinnamonish biscuits

7.2/10
Balanced American IPA. Fruity hops up front, with a nice balanced bitterness. Less hazy than I’d expected from the description, but that works for me.

Big difference. Lots of pepper notes, really clean jalapeño. Totally cuts the sweetness

Great oily hops aroma on the nose, melloe foam and soft gold body. Flavour is a nice malt and piney hop balance. Full mouthfeel. Very nice indeed.

Shaker pint draft at Tortugo Brewing Company in Inglewood, California. The pour is copper golden, chill haze, and a small frothy white head. Nice lace left behind on the glass. The aroma is floral and herbal hops along with a touch of cereal grain. The taste is the dry floral hops, which show decent bitterness, finishing with clean cereal grain. The palate is medium to heavier bodied with low carbonation and a sort of sweetish malt bitter finish.
