Brown, lasting tan head. Nice sweet malt nose. Sweet malt, toffee notes, vague hop bitterness. Good example of an English brown ale

Good piney hops on the nose, sharp and nice. Has cloudy brown body with modest foam. Flavour is muddy hoppiness and vague malts. Mouthfeel is murky with no sharpness, something I always look for in a pale ale and it's not here. It's substandard, though the alcohol is well hidden.

Soft sweet oatmeal on the nose, has murky watery brown body and very little foam. Flavour is middling weak barley and caramel, and the mouthfeel is watery with only vague carbonation. It's a pretty poor brown ale sadly.

Muddy fruity berry aroma, has cloudy dark pink body and just a little foam. Flavour is muddy berry of no distinction, a mash really. Mouthfeel has okay carbonation but still comes off a little watery. It's mediocre, lacks punch.

The aroma is soft banana and bubble gum, though a little muddled. Has murky yellow body and just a little foam. Flavour is soft hops and some okay banana. Mouthfeel is way too watery however. It's not a very interesting attempt.

On tap at Camp Beer, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, subtle oats, and a touch of dried fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, oats, and a bit of sweet fruits. Hearty and decently constructed, but pretty uninteresting ultimately. Alright.
