On tap at Camp Beer, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has washed out hops, some grsssiness, and bready malt ugh. Flavour tastes like old hops, with lots of cardboard, bready malt, and faint hop expression. How do you fuck this up this badly? Poor.

On tap at Camp Beer, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a decent spicy hop character, crackery malt, and straw. Flavour is way under-hopped, with straw and crackery malt. Theres some gentle spicy Saaz but it just needs more. Meh.

Absolutely beautiful cherrywood colour. Bright, medium head. The aroma is great- attractive medium sugar malts with bready depth. It’s not quite that on the palate, being thinner and huskier, but there’s still some good complexity before a shot of alcohol.

Opaque, pale. Medium head. Interesting hop aroma is bright, leaning towards pears and oranges. On the palate, some alcohol up front, medium bitterness, again more of an orangey character. The malts are light, don't seem to add much but don't get in the way either.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours an opaque bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some chalky notes, lactose, a touch of vanilla, and a touch of stone fruit pith. Flavour is much the same, with sweet lactose, stone fruit pith, peach, and a touch of earth. Somewhat chalky but mostly it's just a total mess. Nonsense.

Gold, large loose white head. Spicy salty hop nose. Palate hops are more bitter than spicy.

Medium haze, thin head, slightly darker than the usual. Spicy hop profile, weak malt base, sort of muddies up the hop character. Lowish bitterness…okay this feels like an IPA that isn’t actually good but they executed a decent dry hop that at least somewhat covers up the weaknesses.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour with orange accents, hazy, medium head. Fruity aroma, melon, papaya. Nice malt base, it's delicate but present, crackers, touch of toffee, with light residual sweetness; the hops are juicy, with balanced bitterness; a bit of alcohol and fusels in the finish. I usually refer cleaner fermentations, but the result is still enjoyable.

Bright gold, lasting white head with tiny intense bead. Piney tropical nose, similar subdued palate. Slightly lacking in carbonation
