A hint of bretta or something. Grapefruit, citrus peel. Pours hazy orange amber with good head and lacing. Bitter finish with a little tang. Bottle from.

Pours a foggy yellow with no carbonation. Musty lemon on the nose, vague grain hints, nice in fact. Taste is a lot of yeasty grain, sour notes for sure, ending a little dry but also wet. There's nothing here to brighten the mood, it's adequate but nothing more.

Pours a dark muddy brown with modest foam. Good coffee on the nose, slight dark malts, a little subdued. Taste is mellow maltiness, soft dark biscuit notes, ends dry but a little too watery. Workable bock, easy, unexceptional.

Pours with a murky dark brown body and modest foam but a tinge of deep ruby when held against the light. It's an interesting meld of beet and roasted coffee on the nose, earthy and a little sharp but at least I'm getting both elements. Taste is nice sweet biscuit, brown sugar, soft beets and good roasted malt notes. Lingering sweetness. Kind of nice in fact, good experiment, a little more balance and refinement could take this somewhere amazing.

Really good foam on a dark brown body. Yeasty malt on the nose, slight cocoa hints, very nice. Taste is bitter coffee, soft oat hints, baker's chocolate. Bitterness ends smooth with lingering sweetness. This is absolutely hitting the mark.

Pours a bad muddy brown with no foam and no visible carbonation. Nice flanders style sour malt aroma, raisin notes. Taste is wood and malt and slight raisin, ending dry and full. Not much to look at but hitting that rustic brown ale vibe very well.

Very good yeasty bursting foam on a cloudy deep yellow body. Lots of yeast and wood notes on the nose, but it's all a bit jumbled and faint. Taste is rustic lager notes and yeast with some very vague barrel wood notes. Ends smooth, quite nice, but a little more abrasive than I'd expect from a lager.

Really nice foam on a muddy orange body, plenty of visible carbonation. Sweet grain aroma, yeast and honey notes. Taste is nice yeast funk, chewy grain and coriander, ends sharp and modestly dry. Nice sign of the alcohol, and not bad at all.

Okay medium gold body and some okay foam. Smells of sharp pilsner hops, some cardboard. Taste is some pilsner grain, good tangy hops, nice carbonation. It's not too spectacular but I am enjoying the snappiness here.
