Poured from 473mL can at PG hotel share with Dom. Chill hazed medium brown with minimal beige head. Light caramel malt, touch of bread crusts, thinner bodied. Above average.

473ml can. Pours a clear copper amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Mild aroma of caramel malt, grapefruit and herbal hops. Flavour of caramel malt, lime and light piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Meh, not terrible, just timid. Needs more hops.

Amber-brown, med head, really toasty aroma, light bit of sugar and roast, too. Just a bit. On the palate it’s a little bit light, it’s ok, i guess it follows through on the nose but I prefer sweeter browns.

Pale amber, no head. Lots of cucumber, tart, so a pretty simple kettle sour with cucumber. Probably could stand to be more complex.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has chamomile upfront, with gentle white wine barrels and some bugs. Flavour is quite acidic, with lots of intense citric acidity, some oak, chamomile, and saffron. Way too acidic. There’s some nice elements here but it’s rather haphazard.

Poured from 473mL can. Lightly hazed blonde with small white head. Floral, saison yeast, some pepper, a bit perfumey, average.

473mL can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty faint, with toasted biscuity malt, a touch of rustic character, and some straw. Flavour is dull, with rustic notes, dry toasted biscuity malt and not much else. Nice and dry, but not particularly expressive.

Hazy and pale. Thin head. The aroma is fairly yeasty, musty. On the palate, it's again a yeasty, musty beer, with a light sweet pale malt, and low bitterness. Not the cleanest, and not much in the way of brightness.

473mL can. Pours hazy yellow-blonde with a white head. Floral saison yeast with some peppery notes on the nose. Flavour has a dry, spicy saison yeast profile with lots of floral and black pepper notes; some esters floating around. Simple and a bit muddled, but reasonably done.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Dark coppper brown with quickly dissipating white head. Medium acidity upfront, mild tannic haskap berry underlay, very feint vinous notes (moreso on the nose). If the acidity settles a bit, it may be fairly decent.
