Dark brown. Heavy licorice aroma. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied. Salty, rich licorice flavour. A simple beer with interesting spices.

Cloudy golden. Very light menthe-like eucalypthus aroma. Sweet, fruity and rounded. Not much flavour. A little bit of late bitterness.

A hazy orange beer with a fine lazing white head. The aroma is primarily of dandelion, malt, and Apollo yeast, but also with hints of eucalyptus. The flavor is dominated by eucalyptus with the dandelion staying in the background together with Apollo yeast (I can only tell, that it is dandelion since I’ve tried Apollos dandelion beer). The mouthfeel is velvety soft, probably because of a rather low carbonization, this is very nice.

The aroma is sweet, yeasty (the Apollo yeast is clearly present), and dandelion notes. The color is an unclear orange and it has a beutiful head. The flavor is smooth since it is not very carbonated. The Apollo yeast is clearly present combined with dandelion which reminds me a little of fruitpunch. The flavor is powerful. It ends on a slight prickling dryness instead of bitterness - the dandelion lingers (as if I'm a kid again and just picked dandelions for my rabbit). All in all a good flavor - but it gets a little too much before Your pint is finished. The body is a little thin for any beer and this one is 5.7% ABV.

A deep red beer with a beutiful light brown head. The aroma is sweet from malts, Apollo yeast, walnuts, caramel, and brown sugar. The flavor is sweet malty too with the notes primarily coming from caramel and secondary from roasted and slightly burnt wood and clearly walnuts. The end is very dry, woody, and rather bitter. It is very carbonated.

Dark amber color, creamy head. Nice aroma of malt, some hop. Reasonable body structure, malty, some sweetness, caramel, some aromatic hop. Ends with a strong caramel-like bitterness, still some malt. Good blend, just too much caramel and lightly metallic.

Copper-amber color; generous head. Malty aroma, caramel; light. Average body strength, but quite a lot of malt character in the front (drier than suspected), then the caramel and finally a fairly good hopping, as usual from Apollo (maybe a little thin and lacking of character).

Hazy amber color; generous and thick head; wonderful lace. Very nice aroma: hop and fruits (mango, cherries, plums). Good body structure, with a residual sweetness and a good hopping; enough caramel; maybe just too much aggressive (too much carbonation). More caramel and less hop aroma than the Apollo Pilsner in the final, but it’s quite long and strong anyway, also with a long, nice sweet note.

An unclear very dark amber, almost brown, beer with a fine but collapsing head. The aroma is lovely malty sweet with notes of caramel and münchner malts. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and toasted bread. It ends on a soft note without hop bitterness, but instead som bitterness from the roasted malt. The carbonization prickles the tongue. The body is somewhat light. The aroma, flavor, and body doesn’t fit well together. It is too simple - but the Århus version is better than the Copenhagen one - maybe the water in Århus is better for a Wienna style? I gave the Copenhagen version 2.9

Brewed on 25% wheat malt. A light yellow unclear beer with a good head. The aroma is a very light wheat aroma. The flavor is sweet, with malt softness and a light wheat note. A very drinkable beer - very summer like.

Hazy gold color; creamy head. Nice hop aroma, fresh, citrus fruits. Very good Pils, with quite good malt and hops, a little fresher and more watery than the regular Apollo Pilsner.

The aroma is love wheaty with good fruit notes and a slight note of yeast. The color is an unclear dark orange and it has a beutiful but disappearing head. The flavor is very fresh and prickling to start off, then a flat wheatiness in the middle, to end of on a nice orange note. A really nice wheat beer.

An unclear yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is maltsweet with notes of anise. The flavor is sweet, with notes of anise and orange, ending on a very slight bitterness. More like a summer beer, than an easter beer.
