Draught @ Apollo Brewpub. Clear red color, medium sized creamy beige head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste are quite heavily malty, decently hoppy, quite fruity and lightly caramel, mainly in the aftertaste. Dry finish, medium body and carbonation.

Draught @ Apollo Brewpub. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, light to medium bitter, european medium bitter pilsener-like hops I often taste in a pilsener or bohemian pilsener. Average body and carbonation. Ok, but not the best bohemian pilsener I’ve tasted.

Smell and taste malts, roasted malts, lightly dark chocolate, decently bitter, slightly ash and slightly earthy. Average body and carbonation.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours pitch black, tan head. Aroma is dark roasted malty, liqourice and dark chocolate. Smooth roasted, light fruity. Mild sweetness, good bitterness to counterbalance. Medium dry malty finish.
