10/VIII/13 - 75cl bottle @ RBBSG II, my place - bottled: 18/IV/13 - bottle# 71 (2013-755) Thanks to Ben for sharing the bottle!
Clear dark brown beer, very small layer of beige bubbles, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: some chloride, mocha, caramel, pretty sugary, some vanilla, dark chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bit citric, caramel, mocha, coffee, very dry, pretty fruity, some exotic fruits. Aftertaste: lots of coffee, sugary, mocha, bi of caramel, vanilla, very bitter and dry hop. If by the end of a tasting like today's, a beer can still be very bitter and hoppy, then it must be loaded with hops.
