Pitch black color. No head at all. Big roasted malt, with raisins, cherries, dark chocolate and massive oaks. Very nice nose. Super low carbonation. Super smooth palate. Very heavy and sweet. The palate isn’t nearly as good as nose. Abv well hidden.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours black, no head. Aroma is complex, with tons of cognac upfront, cocoa nibs, and bourbon. Flavour is full of rich cognac, cocoa and subtle bourbon barrels in back. Cohesive and complex, with a unique profile. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is so tangy, with lots of tangy white wine-like hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is soft and tangy, with a nice melon character, straw, and biscuity malt. Clean and light, with a nice hop expression.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is somewhat chalky, with gentle hopburn, bready malt, and a touch of bitter citrus peel. Flavour is muddled, with earthy hops, citrus, and some hopburn.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma has intense rye barrels, medium roast, and light wood. Flavour is rich, with intense rye barrels, moderate wood, and medium roast. Rich, roasted and spicy. Good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out lots of bourbon barrel, plenty of coffee, and roasted malt. Flavour has plenty of fruity coffee, some wood, roasted malt, and soft coconut that leaves an airy finish. Lots of coffee and coconut and wood cohering well. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has soft bourbon, toasted dark sugars, and some caramel. Flavour has dark roasted malt, bourbon, and muted earthiness. A bit jumbled but it’s alright.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dank as hell, with huge melon, dank hops, and some tangy notes. Flavour is fruity, with plenty of dank hops, tangy notes, and light melon. Fruity, dank and bright. Excellent.
