Tasting at Brian's, bottle, vintage 2017
Blond to golden colour, chill haze. Good apple character, lightly sweet, apple juice, and it has a pleasant, mild astringency in the finish.
Good.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Nose brings out caramel, toffee, brown sugar, and some red apple skins. Flavour is gently sweet, with red apple skins, a bit of tannins, brown sugar, and toffee. Medium sweet, with moderate acidity. Clean and drinkable, just nothing special.
