750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Sparkling yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of pear, woody. Taste is pear, fruity, fleshy, with solventy funky earthy hints, some zingy white wine notes and tart acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

14/3/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear amber bronze with minimal head. Aroma of sweet caramel, baked apple, brown sugar and a touch of clove. Medium sweetness and moderate tartness. Medium body, sticky texture, low carbonation. Enjoyable.

375ml bottle from Celtic Whiskey Shop. Amber golden-brown colour, no head and aroma of sweet concentrated apple, apple pie, boozy. Taste is sweet, syrup, apple, fleshy apple, red apple hints, caramel, vanilla, apple pie, with spicy tannin, booze. Syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet concentrated tannic apple finish. Very nicely sippable.

500ml bottle. 2017 Vintage. 5.5%. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of funky apple, fruity, fleshy. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, some apple flesh, funky, leathery with citric and tannic notes. Medium bodied, low to medium bodied, medium-dry tangy tannic finish Quite drinkable.
