Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a tiny, rough, white head. Surprisingly neutral aroma, only a faint whiff of floral hops. Medium body, lightly sweet malts, a metallic touch and rather subdued hops. Their Märzen was way better. 150923

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a amall, white head. Malty nose, a little hoppy spice and a touch of sulphur. Medium body, clean and somewhat sweet malts yet with sufficient hops for balance. A clean, well made and very drinkable beer. 150923

0.33 bottle. Behind the beautiful bottle and label is a golden brown, unfiltered beer with a medium white head. Absolutely German malt aroma, with a little sweet and spicy. Good and fresh acidity and acceptable body. Good taste, delicate, fruity aftertaste of malted marzen. They hit every part, and the hopping was also particularly well done, spicy, special. Delicious!

Szép üveg és cimke mögött aranybarna, szűretlen hatású sör, közepes fehér habbal. Abszolút német malatás illat, kis édeskés fűszeresseggel. Jó és friss szensavasság mellett elfogadható testesség. Jó ízű, finom, gyümölcsös utóízű malátád marzen. Minden részét eltalálták, és kifejezetten jól sikerült a komlózás is, fűszeres, különleges. Finom!

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo pallido velato, al naso malto pale lievito note citriche ed erbacee , in malto miele note erbacee, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Medium, white head, disappearing over lively carbonated veiled ochre-yellow liquid. Lightly coloured malts and lemonade. Some surprise. Citrus, as in lemonade; sweet sugars, as in lemonade. Very high carbonation, almost refreshing if it weren't for the sugars, light body, quite slick. I do not understand this kind of concoction. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Small yellowish head ove copperish golden beer, very finely carbonated. Sweet malts' nose, partly coloured. Hard green leaves, fresh white bread, breadcrust, bit corn flakes. The base taste corresponds to the nose, but is overlaid by an herbal, faintly hoppy flavour, as well as by the carbonation. Again notions of this mineral water , the result being a decent balance. Faint hints of banana, but not as sweet. Good, if almost invisible carbonation, light body, teeny bit slick. Not bad at all. Märzens tend to be oversweet, but this typical in-house care of the mineral water quality makes it way more palatable. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Small bubbly white head, reasonably stable over veiled golden beer. Dry-ish malts' nose, herbs/weeds, rainwater, even a bit of wet dog. Bitter-ish main flavour, rather neutral pale malts underneath. Again fresh rainwater quality. The little bitterness keeps hanging around, getting a teeny bit metallic in time. Light body, not really slick, quite good carbonation, tempted to mention "Sprudelwasser" feel. Not bad, ordinary pilsner with no faults, and indeed much regard for the water.
