Description
Four lifelong Oregonians got together on February 13, 2009 and decided that their knowledge of locale and understanding of craft beer could be an excellent starting point for a business. Later that year Hop Valley Brewing had its debut in Springfield, Oregon, but grew too large for its 15-barrel capacity and opened a new 60-barrel brewhouse and taproom in Eugene in 2013. In July 2016 MillerCoors acquired a majority stake of Hop Valley through its Tenth and Blake craft beer and import division. Hop Valley Brewing Company will operate as a separate business unit of Tenth and Blake.

Draft 20 oz pour at Safeco. First beer of the 2018 season. And a delicious beer to start. Refreshing and crushable. Melon like hop character. A touch juicy. Too easy to drink 20 oz of. I think I'll have another.

Can from HomeBrewStuff. Pours out a nice, bright golden color , spotty head. Aroma is bready, grainy and mildly sweet . taste is more of the sweet bready flavors, some very light Citrus. The best part about this beer is its feel, it's got a nice creamy consistency and just kind of slides over the tongue. not a strong IPA , question whether it's really an IPA at all but the feel of it is just perfect.

From a bomber. Pours a clear copper with a thick off white head. Aroma of pine and citrus. Intensely bitter, in a classic West Coast IPA sort of way. Tasty too.

Can. Misty golden. Moderate white head. Aroma & taste: pleasant hops, some malts. Floral, citrusy notes. Well-made. Shamelessly underrated.
