Bottle pour at Beer Witch. Pours caramel brown. Marzipan, honey, dessert wine, almond, sweet heady floral sweetness, vanilla. Oily low carb body. Excellent.

On tap & in bottle @TreeRock. Tall shot glass. Clear, dark amber to light brown. Fumy unfermented honey & warm orange spice nose. Sharp & sweet acidity, very obvious honey, little to no wax. Very tolerable booze, maple ice cream, nuts, barrel, touch of oxidation, very low spice. Maybe too sweet or lacking complexity? Backsweetened? Thin, only mildly syrupy, deceptive alcohol. Good to very good.

Bottle thanks to Jstax. Pours a clear copper with no head. The aroma is oak, honey, earth, spice. Medium body, boozy, honey, dark fruit, toffee, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
