Bottle from Erzengel - Cheers!🍻 Rocky off white head left a spotty cover & collar on a cloudy dark amber coloured body. Lightly hopped aroma with yeast. Medium bodied, light & airy over the tongue with a clean back. Big fruity tastes with peach, banana & caramel tastes. Tasty!

50cl. Smooth mild beginning. Easy to drink, caramel, grain, dusty yeast. Nice grainy and caramelly back, very dry, refreshing with a nice moderate bitter caramelly grainy finish.

0,5 l bottle from our local Hol´ Ab! market. Clear golden in the glass, nearly three finger white head. Caramel smell, hints of apples. Taste has some caramel, low grain, low hop bitterness. Average bavarian stuff.

Helles Bockbier mit 16,2 % Stammwürze und recht ordentlichen 7,5 % Alk. Urige, bauchige Bügelflasche - in der sogar ein halber Liter Platz hat. Getreidige und florale Noten. Sofort nach dem Antrunk deutlich, aber angenehm bitter. Insgesamt nicht zu geschmacksintensiv, aber geradezu erstaunlich süffig für einen Bock. Und den sehr hohen Alkoholgehalt merkt man kaum. Gefährlich.
