Hazy pink pour. Smells of tart strawberries and lime. The flavor is of sweet berries and malt, lime, and a little vanilla. I couldn’t taste rum flavoring, but it’s still good.

Pours black with a very small tan head. It has a chocolate rich, malty aroma. The flavor is sweet with chocolate, roast malt, a little soy sauce, and a bit of hops in the finish. It has a full, lightly carbonated, creamy body.

Pours mostly clear gold. Smells mainly of spicy, slightly citrusy hops. The flavor is moderately bitter with earthy, spicy, citrusy hops. The claimed 194 ibus is a bit odd as it doesn’t strike me as a total hop bomb or even more bitter than is typical for the style, but it must have enough malt to offset that considerably.

Pours opaque pale yellow with a dense lingering white head. Smells of bananas and coconut. The flavor is sweet and very much led by the bananas. Coconut is in there and there’s some mild tartness. The mouthfeel is creamy. It’s dessert like and reminds me of banana cream pie.

Pours pale gold with a small white head. Light aroma of spicy yeast, grain, and a touch of citrus. The flavor is light and malty with some saison yeast. Light bodied. It’s not bad but it’s too bland and light for me.

I don't usually worry about batches, but the 2025 version dropped from 14.5% to 10% abv. That's got to make it a very different beer than last year's release.
Pours black with a small tan head. It smells of chocolate, cinnamon, and roast malt. The flavor is sweet and spicy. The cinnamon is prominent. Chocolate is very evident, too. The vanilla is not very noticeable. It's sweet and malty with a full body, though not especially full for an imperial stout. It's very good though not super intense.

Pours hazy orange with no head. Smells very fruity, of course. It's tropical. The flavor has a pleasant tartness and mix of tropical fruits. Easy drinking. Good.

Enjoyed side by side with Dark Necessity Vanilla Rye. Pours black with a tiny dark tan head. It smells of bourbon, roast malt, chocolate, coffee, and booze. The intense flavor is of roast malt, bourbon, coffee, chocolate, and rye with booze under there. It's sweet but the hops and dark roast character offsets that. It seems like the rye is more noticeable without the vanilla and the finish maybe not as sweet. Both are really good but I think I slightly prefer it without the vanilla.

Pours black with a minimal tan head. It smells of bourbon, roast malt, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and booze. The very intense flavor is of roast malt, bourbon, coffee, vanilla, and chocolate with booze buried in there. It's sweet from the obviously huge malt bill, but hops and roast character helps keep that from being too much. Delicious.

Pours hazy and green, a surprisingly dark green. It smells very much of key lime. The flavor is moderately tart and full of limes. There's a creaminess to it that distinguishes it from their regular key lime sour. This is very good.
