0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Unclear amber, minimal head. Aroma is cheesy and goaty, caramel, marmelade, molasses, hint of candy and dried fruit. Moderate tartness, moderate to high vinegar presence. Sour, intense, quite overwhelming. Lemony tartness with a hint of apricot marmelade underneath. Finishes tart, astringent and slightly aggressive.

Bottle at Goblet with Hrabren and Ogi, thx guys! Hazy deep amber body, off-whtie head. Very dry dried fruit-driven perfumey floral aroma. Lean, dry taste, dried fruit, soap, some funk, lightly acetic, minerally, sourish, bit flat. A bit shaky for the standards of the series I'm afraid!

Bottled 500ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, bready and light cereals in the nose. Malty, bready, cereals, mild spicy and bit herbal with dryish bitter finish. Quite fresh taste.

Tap at Goblet. Lightly, lightly hazy golden body, almsot clear, thick white head. Lightly creamy, crackery-grainy sweetish aroma, low hoppiness, low diacetyl. Lean, soft dry grainy, malty taste, low sweetness, too lean of a body perhaps, missing some Saaz aromatics there really, and it was their focus, loow diacety, bitterish dry finish that kinda grows, adequate. Good, well lagered lager by all means, but the result is kinda at the edges of the Czech pils style. And congrats Edi for your mali purger! <3

Bottled 375ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Hrabren, thanks! Unclear golden coloured, minimal off-white head, funky and light peachy nose. Funky, bretty, light peachy and slightly acetic with touch of cheese and wood with some odd sweetness in the finish.

0.375 l bottle from the brewpub, shared with little Dina and Ogi. Clear orange, small off-white head. Effervescent. Cheesy at first, fruity after, peach, apricot, some orange. Funky notes along with ripe fruit. Very light wood. Smooth, sweet, peachy flavour dominant. Some yoghurty, sour cream and peppery touches. Moderate tartness. Moderate carbonation. Quite refreshing, not too creamy. Finishes sweet.

0.33l bottle from wherever. Misty dark brown body, shared with Fil & Paja in Plzeň. Misty dark brown body, off-white head. Huge tonka / vanilla sweetish aroma. Lean, dry taste, roasty, cocoa, tonka, light coconut, dark chocolate, bitter finish. Good stuff!

On tap at Beerdello Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, small brownish head that went away fast, chocolate and light vanilla in the nose. Chocolate, vanilla, cocoa, light bourbon and some alcohol with warming sweet finish. Pleasant.

Bottle at the brewpub, with the bros at the Zagreb Homebrewers Association soirée. Almost clear golden body, thick off-white head at first. Smooth peachy, bit bretty aroma, lightly tart, and hmmm... vaguely cheesy for a moment or two. The taste is cleaner though, smooth peachy notes mixing well with solid brett, low herbal notes, lower still acidity. Bit restrained and too approachable for some, but a nice fruited brett beer nonetheless!

0.5 L bottle shared with Mausica, prof. Prezbelewsky and PBF_korica. Hazy yellow, small off-white head. Moderately to heavily hoppy. Citrusy, grapefruit, herbal, piney, bay leaf. A light tropical note. Creamy and juicy texture, light to medium body, soft carbonation. Grapefruity flavour with a malty note. Dry finish.
