Bottle at Falkon 14, thx Gurthnar! Hazy golden body, off-white, thick head. Dry bretty appley aroma, bit herbal. Lean dry salty tart minerally taste, green apple, unripe. Okay.

At Falkon 14th birthday. Bit hazy golden body, tiny head. Sweetish oaky bretty aroma, grape, red apple. Lean, dry, bretty, herbal, minerally, sour taste, some dried stone fruit notes, peachy. Good stuff!

Bottle at the Falkon 14th anniversary with Gurthnar and Markéta. Thx! Hazy golden body fleeting head. Peachy jammy loveliness in the aroma, bit of dust and funk. Smooth juicy taste, sourness fighting with lovely, full peachiness, bit herbal funky, maybe too fleeting but elegant and just tasty. Great job!

Bottle at the Falkon 14th anniversary with Gurthnar and Markéta. Thx! Clearish ruby red body. Spicy, soft, woody cherry otes, low raisins. Subtle stuff, lovely. Similar, soft, solid but not excessive sourness kept well in order by the body. The cherry profile is lovely and the balance well in order. Great work!

Bottle at the Falkon 14th anniversary with Gurthnar and Markéta. Purple hazy body. Funky, sweetish yet lean berry aroma, plums, herbs. Lean, dry, minerally grape taste, tart, low herbal notes, like sage, simple but the balance and the profile don't work for me that much. The fruit gave less flavor and more tartness.

At Falkon's 14th anniversary. Misty purple body, no head. Cherries mixing with soft grapes in the somewhat bretty aroma, herbal, wild, lightly tart. Simple, minerally, cherry-driven taste, fruity sourness, very dried out, grape notes in presence under the cherry, almost lightly acetic, but not quite. Good stuff really. Not rocking my world but very well made.

Bottle at Falkon Bday in Bank Loft. Thin bod, med-light carbo. Med-high sour, med tart. Medium barnyard, cleanish, mixing well with medium rhub and weirdplum action. A good balance, nice flavo combo too. Quite good.
