Thin bod, lightish carbo. High sour, mix of acids, very elegant. Med tart, light sweet and bitter. Med-high pinot noir and cherry flavors, fermented, but strong and clean. Med-high classic barnyard. Very well balanced, great beer.

High sour, med tart. Peach not recognizable for me, feels like a clean wild with lots of barnyard. That said, very tasty, good, just lacking a bit sophistication.

Thin bod, dry, light carbo. High sour, lots of funk. Low apricot, not recognizable for me. Very very similar to the peach version, only a bit less sour. Very tasty, very good, could use more fruit and depth tho.

2025 version. Thin, light carbo. Med-light sour, light tart and bitter. Low sweet, very dry. Med funk, rather strawy, flowery, light phenolic. Light accacia wood. Good, very easy drinking.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy deep ruby to purple. Massive cherries, light funk, black currants, absinthe, lots of bitter herbs, grapes. Medium seeet and sour, more bitter. Full bodied. Super intense and full of flavour and body for the low abv. Really nice.

Bottle shared with me courtesy of the Basque folks, huge thanks! Hazy yellow body, off-white head. Heaps of brett in the aroma, somewhat funky, herbal. Minerally bretty taste, bit peachy and sour. Fun rollercoaster, glad to have tried it!

Bottle pour at the DCBeer December 2025 share. Poured a peach-hued yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma had some nice light yeast character, some mild earthy spices, light grapes. Pleasant carbonation, light funky notes, earthy, herbal. Liked this. Also, the bottle art was awesome.
