Taster From bottle at home. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells grassy, citric, tobacco, herbal, subtle funk. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, tobacco, herbal, earthy, hay. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, tobacco and earthy notes. Very nice rustic beer

Bottle pour, taster. @Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2024, Copenhagen (Denmark). 11/05/2024 [#7.449 Global - #25 Czech Republic - #6 Métaphore Artisanal Beers] Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma: funk, lemon zest, wood barrels and wild yeast. Taste: funk and mineral leading to a pleasant funk mouthfeel. Light spiced. Next one, please!
