Bottle 0.75l, three years aged. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- pear, apricot, quince, funky, leafy hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, slightly tart, moderately sour, apricot, green apple, pear, funky, touch of leather, touch of hops. Medium bodied.

Bottle 0.75l, three years aged. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- nice mixed fermentation character, mirabelles, peach, meadow, spicy and herbal hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter, smooth malt base, the same as aroma. Medium, a bit more viscous body.

75cl Bottle. Split by SirAlex. Thanks. Pours cloudy golden Yellow with a small head. Barnyard, citrus and riesling. Fresh and crisp with a Slightly oxidized and woody note suiting it Well. Tasty! 4.2

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some nice stewed plums, plenty of wild bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very buggy but light, with plenty of floral plum-like notes, gentle wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Very light and airy palate. Good stuff.

Short lived fine snowwhite head over almost still metallic clear golden beer; end of bottle solid deposit. Unripe peach or nectarine, herbs, chamomille, unripe green fruit, rhubarb. Very delicate & light acidity; lemony if less sharp. Floral, spring flowers. Really distinctive. Unripe mirabelles, cidery, non-sweet apples. Light; despite still looks, fine pearling sensation, faintly slick. Another great beer, Mr. Sládek. But, where is it brewed?
