750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some nice stewed plums, plenty of wild bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very buggy but light, with plenty of floral plum-like notes, gentle wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Very light and airy palate. Good stuff.

Short lived fine snowwhite head over almost still metallic clear golden beer; end of bottle solid deposit. Unripe peach or nectarine, herbs, chamomille, unripe green fruit, rhubarb. Very delicate & light acidity; lemony if less sharp. Floral, spring flowers. Really distinctive. Unripe mirabelles, cidery, non-sweet apples. Light; despite still looks, fine pearling sensation, faintly slick. Another great beer, Mr. Sládek. But, where is it brewed?

Small white head over fully hazy Champagne-coloured beer. Elderflower, pear, vinous, sweet dessert wine and a whiff of caramel; pearsyrup. Sweet-ish, but also dry, almost sparkling wine characteristics. The pears are unmistakable. Bit white grapes too, grapeskins. Light, well-carbonated, slick. Excellent, surprisingly complex. Love it! But - where is the beer brewed?
Sour musky funky aroma and taste, notes of plum and rhubarb, medium body and high acidity, funky sour fruity finish.

Tap at Lya. Pours opaque golden with thicc white head. Nose is sophisticated fruity, vineous notes on top of the classic bittersweet pils character. Taste is lightly sweet and moderately bitter notes of a fruity hint and noble hops with a spicy, almost vanilla-like woody touch. Light bodied yet pretty rich eith a soft to average carbonation.

Bottle shared at a tasting. I only made key word-notes, so here goes: nice, refined fruits, omnipresent but not overwhelming. Light funk, moderate tartness, layered. Faint woody touch, some sweet fruits on the palate, but mainly light tartness. Light bodied with soft to average carbonation, easy to drink.

Fruity, zesty and citrusy with some juicy ripeish plums, grapes and apples, hints of tartness

Bottle at the STR tasting I randomly stumbled upon and got invited to (huge thanks guys!). Very lightly pale golden body, no head. Rhubarb and vanilla of all things (HA! Though none was used.) in the sweetish, somewhat lean aroma. Dry taste, dried plum, almost no rhubarb, pleasant, well balanced body, maybe vaguely oxidized by now. Solid!
