Métaphore je řemeslný pivní projekt zaměrěný na pomalu vyzrávaná piva ve dřevě, ovlivněná časem a bio-diverzitou okolí a vlastní mixed culture. Piva odráží místo a čas vzniku, konkrétní roční období a lidi, kteří se na nich podílejí. Projekt Métaphore, je tvorbou Jiřího Sládka, momentálně sládkuje v pivovaru Clock a v temných zákoutích pivovaru se věnuje tvorbě vlastních naturálních piv a zároveň i barrel aged programu pivovaru Clock.

Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes herbal, earthy, grassy, peppery, tobacco. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, earthy and tobacco notes.
