Sampled at Prairie Bee, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish. Aroma reveals intense cherry skins, a little more subtle chocolate. Flavour is full of marzipan-like cherry, red cherry pits, and chocolate. Fairly alcoholic, with a fruity, chocolatey finish. Intense and somewhat brutal, but it's very tasty.

Sampled at Prairie Bee, pours pours a rich dark red. Aroma is intense, with loads of raspberry pur�e, moderate honey intensity and lots of sweetness. Flavour is intense, with lots of raspberry pur�e, high sweetness and treacle. Really nice intense raspberry character. Delicious.

Sampled at Prairie Bee, pours a clear pale pinkish blonde. Aroma reveals lots of bright strawberries and a touch of honey. Flavour is intense on the strawberries, with medium sweet honey an a tiny bit of tartness. Really nice strawberry character. Very good.

Sampled at Prairie Bee, pours a clear bright pinkish red. Aroma is loaded with raspberry, cherries, and medium sweet honey. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of raspberries and cherries, light honey character, and medium residual sweetness. Nicely constructed, with a medium sweet finish. Very good.

Sampled at Prairie Bee, pours a clear brown. Aroma is quite a hybrid, with mixed berries, and light sweetness. Flavour is very deep, with lots of rich cherries, raspberries, some tanginess. Light honey character but it's mostly fermented out. Very nice.

Flavour is only lightly sweet, with intense blueberry and a somewhat tannic character. Low residual sweetness, not much on the honey. Good stuff—I like the honey expression.
