While we enjoy brewing all styles of beer, we have to admit we have a borderline unhealthy obsession with hops. We love the dichotomy that hops present; from the intense aromatics of new age breeds to the nuances of noble hops. Celestial Beerworks vows to never serve a beer that does not adhere to the highest standards. You will never taste a beer that does not manifest the brewer’s exact intention. Essentially, we live by the mantra “haze for days”.
We think that visiting a taproom should be an experience. This experience combines our three favorite things: art, science, and delicious, fresh beer. We hope that each visit takes you to another planet… a very colorful, tasty one.
We love hops, we love design, we love space, and we would love for you to come by and have a beer with us.
Cheers and drink galactically.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, soft white head. Gentle fruity, citrus aroma. Taste brings a soft hoppy, citric bitterness and juicy, fruity flavors. Pretty good at masking the ABV.

Decadent! If they can fix the refermenty bubbly-ness of this it'll be legit legit. Half the can bubbled out but the can wasn't firm either, definitely thick thick foam. Itself it's delish though, dulce de leche for real vibes.

Tasty nutty cake vibes! Definitely pecan bundt cake flavors on point. It was awfully bubbly of a pour but carb is nice after it settles and certainly helps the fluffy cakeness of it. Slight maple notes and chocolate vanilla pizzazz take it home.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a moderate creamy head. Grass/spice aroma. Med body, moderate carbonation. Flavor is grass/earthy/spicy with maybe a bit of green/herb. Pretty dry. Moderately bitter. Good, appropriate flavor. Nice.
Still like it as a more refreshing version of the imperial one. Peanut butter was better on draft though, bit bitter outta the can. Still lots of berry jams of all sorts upfront and a great uncrustable nose
