Sinds 1985 worden er maar liefst acht heerlijke Us Heit-speciaalbieren met passie gebrouwen door brouwmeester Aart van der Linde. In de productie en aanlevering van grondstoffen wordt uitsluitend gebruik gemaakt van leveranciers uit de omgeving. Het hele productieproces van onze producten is zodanig ingericht, dat we het hele proces van akkerbouwer tot consument zelf in de hand hebben. Wij kiezen heel bewust voor deze verantwoorde wijze van produceren. Niet omdat het goedkoper is, want de productie wordt niet simpeler of goedkoper, maar juist in het extra karakter wat wij aan onze producten mee kunnen geven door deze manier van brouwen en stoken.

Medium body and soft carbonation. | [2020-09-13 00:18:28] - Locatie: SjogroWorld™ - Score: 3.2 - Comment: Tja wat je koopt moet je ook opzuipen. Wijze les. Helder bruin met beige schuim. Gebrande mout met rogge en kastanjeachtige tonen. Weinig zoet, redelijk bitter, een beetje waterig en een stroeve ‘ouwe zemen lap’ afdronk. Best een ok bitter bier.

Slight apple and citrus aroma. Medium bodied. Hops, blackcurrant and apple. Rather dry, hoppy aftertaste with a hint of licorice. Not bad!

Best until 3/02. Orange brown color, hardly any head left. Vinous, raisinny aroma. Sherry flavor coming up, with raisin. Some hops and licorice. Past its peak, but still very drinkable.

Beer gushes heavily out of the bottle. Buttery aroma. Thick and oily beer. Malty taste, bit tart, with liquorice and coffee. Slight bitter and porto finish.

Beautiful deep dark color with some red tones, no head. Malty cherryaroma. Roasted malt flavor. Absolutely dry beer, but maybe a bit thin. Some hidden apple fruitiness. Not as great as some raters might suggest, but still a good beer, worth a try.

Light copper color. Rather flat slightly hoppy and malty aroma with a hint of soap. Full bodied. Malty and dusty flavor with some hops. Bitter aftertaste with a hint of blackcurrant and metal. Fairly good, has bettered since my last tasting some 8 years ago.
