On tap at Dovetail, pours a fairly clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle clove, banana esters and soft wheat. Flavour is dry, with light esters, clove, and soft wheat. Not too bubblegumy; properly made. Solid.

On tap at Dovetail, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbaceous notes, light grass, and biscuity malt. Flavour is moderately herbaceous, with light grassiness and straw. Not exactly the expression I want in the style. It's competent but not worthy of its accolades IMO.

Bottle from the source. Clear deep golden color white head. Aroma of dusty cobweb filled barns recently occupied by sweaty animals. Taste has moderate funk, overripe stonefruit, dust. Delicious.

Bottle from the source shared with sledutah, cheers! Extremely dark clear amber color, almost brown, small tan edge head. Aroma of vinous burnt caramel. Taste is rich port wine, plum, raisins, dates. Very light funk. Unique among lambic style beers.
