Draught @ Tapster Lincoln Park, Chicago IL (Jan 2026). Clear coppr-amber with a foamy beige head, caramel malt aroma, bitter malty caramel taste on spicy background, smooth body, long bitter finish. A nice winter beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a combination of grass and straw with a bit of dry hay underlying. Flavor has bread and grass with growing straw and a bit of hay coming through.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart lemon and light wheat with a nice smoke supporting. Flavor has a combination of tart lemon and woody smoke with a bit of wheat underlying.

Cloudy golden yellow with moderate white head and effervescence. Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Not bad - a bit clove heavy.
