Can. Dark brown with a light tan head that's soon less than a coat (but persists in a nucleated goblet). Aroma of stewed fruit, some leather, earthy spices, grainy bread, oak. Then rather more than what that led me to expect - quite full bodied but with a vinous and acidic touch to balance. Prunes, grapes, some distant licorice & chocolate. Rich with spices, bitterness and oak lightening things at the end. Quite Pannepotish. Another very good one.

Canvent. Unclear deep amber with a large pale beige head that lasts pretty well. Fairly gentle aroma of toffee, bread, light spices. Rich malt with sweet, singed toffee, heavy bread. Strongish bitterness and yet delicate spices at the end. Good - but preferred Altogether.

Can. Murky dark red brown with a few bubbles in a nucleated glass that try but fail to form a beige head. Aroma of plums, red wine vinegar, damp wood. Sour and lightish bodied with red fruit and bracken, a zingy Bretty finish with spices. Drying oak.

Can. Gold with a good inch of white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma is floral with crackery dough, old lemony funk, gentle spices. Dryish with modestly funky dough, bracken, peppery bitterness (a bit more of which wouldn't have gone astray). Good.

Can. Almost opaque yellowish orange with a modest white cap that lasts the whole way. Heavy hoppy aroma with yellow peach, pineapple, oranges and chewed crackers. Upon a taste there's a lightening sharper citrus note that ensures it stays very drinkable before a long, drying, moderately bitter finish. Very good indeed.

Not a bad beer, but disappointing. Lots of Brett and peach notes. Low tartness. Peach is very round t the end

Can. Almost clear amber with an off-white head that fades to a good cm. 3+ Aroma of toast, singed caramel, light spices. Rich but not that sweet despite that lick of caramel before firm spicy bitterness. Similar to but better than to their March to October from a couple of years ago.
