Can. Misted yellow with a mousse-like white head that lasts well. Light smoke and cracker aroma with hints of honeyed dough. Somewhat creamy with little sweetness, plenty of rather refined smoke, crackers. Low bitterness. Elegant.

Can. Almost opaque yellowish orange with a loose white head that's soon a cm or less. Aroma of orange and lime juice, new wine, crackers, twiggy herbs. Fizzy. Less vibrant upon a taste with gentle citrus, tropical and twiggy notes before a modestly bitter and slightly astringent finish.

(Can) Pours clear golden amber with big off-white head. Lovely aroma. Stone fruit to the fore, yeasty, peppery note and candy hints. Light body with full carbonation. Great taste. There’s peppery spice through the palate, that develops into a long pleasant moderately bitter finish. There’s fruit, but less than the aroma. Stone fruit and banana notes. There’s a yeasty taste in the mid palate. Very good.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy golden with no head. Aroma is complex and interesting. It’s fruity but hard to identify exactly what fruit. It vinous and a bit funky. There’s woody hints. Smooth medium body with bright fine carbonation. Like the aroma, the taste is complex and interesting. It is nicely sour, and fruity. There are woody and earthy notes. Very enjoyable.

(Can) Pours hazy pale golden with big white head. Lovely aroma. Peach, citrus, notes of cream and pineapple. Smooth medium body with excellent carbonation. Excellent taste too. Short tart citrus start gives way to creamy stone fruit with peppery hints. A nice bitterness builds in the finish. Very good.

(Can) Pours clear red brown with small tan head. Aroma of cherries, bread, notes of wine and vinegar. Medium bodied with good fine carbonation. Great taste. Sour, as it should be. Citrus, cherries, wine vinegar, woody notes, burnt sugar and earthy hints. Very good.

5kth 'strayan rating. Can. Glowing red, small pinkish head. Aroma of old lemons, wheaty crackers. Would have guessed berries rather than dragonfruit. It's not a strong flavour and it really accents the mellow sour beer. Just a little cordial-like sweetness. No particular finish. Much deeper than I guessed it was going to be.

Can. Misted pale gold with a cm+ of white head. Aroma of under-ripe tropical fruit, gooseberries, grass. So it tastes. Increasingly zesty towards the fairly bitter end. Little to no malt presence but the palate doesn't collapse and it's pretty refreshing.

(Can) Pours clear deep brown with modest loose off-white head. Good aroma - toffee, notes of toast. Medium body with bright carbonation. Great taste. There’s a backbone of dark toffee throughout the palate and then there’s quite a dramatic transformation to a great bitter finish. There are some herbal notes and dark berry hints at the start. Very good.
