Description
All WUNDERBRAEU beers are 100% organic and completely climate neutral. The CO2 emissions are already reduced through the use of the own water plant of the brewery. 99.5% of all ingredients are sourced from within a circle of 50km. We compensate the remaining CO2 emissions an invest in a re-forestation of a Unesco project in Costa Rica. The brewery has a tradition of crafting finest beers for more than over 500years. Using fresh and pure water from an own alpine-source, best hops and malts are creating the crisp and refreshing taste of our beers.

Smooth mild fruity. Easy to drink, soft and fruity with sweetish grainy parts. Weizen yeast in the back, no bitterness. Refreshing.

Very smooth and mild yeasty beginning. Mild soft, banana, yeast, creamy and mild. Dry fruity, banana, very soft and aromatic. Hints of bitterness in the back.

Dunkles Weizen Alkoholfrei from Wunderbraeu

Nice malty beginning. Easy to drink, grainy with hints of caramel and yeast. Smooth and slightly sourness, fruity. Very dry, interesting profile, not like a Dunkles Weizen, but interesting.

Bottle from Denn’s Bioladen. Intense floral fresh beginning. Citrus and refreshing grain, easy to drink, moderate bitter with lots of floralness and pine. Fruity hop oily in the end and very dry with bitter parts. Great.

Bottle. Pale golden, white foam, fizzy. Lightbodied, lemonny, light hay, a bit grainy chewiness, some herbal notes, otherwise a bit neutral.

Clear golden. Aroma is grainy malt some honey and some hints of cauliflower and grass. Taste is harsh bitter malt with a little fruity sweetness. Medium drinkable.
