500 ml bottle. Almost clear brown reddish with a fluffy head. Caramel, citrus notes, metallic notes, nuts, dried fruits. Mild dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, mild dry bittersweet finish. Alright!

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, a lemon dash, whiffs of clove. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty, minimally biscuity, pale malty, yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy and fruity hoppy, notes of banana, a touch of mandarine, peach, a lemon dash, a touch of clove. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very clean, focussed, fruity, refreshing, balanced, without the usual banana predomination - very good!

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly spicy, pale malty and grassy hoppy aroma with herbal aspects, fruity whiffs of apple. Taste is pale malty, mildly bitter hoppy, minimally grassy, fruity and metallic, a very cautious touch of green apple. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, very fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Very clean, drinkable, obviously good quality of the brewing water - decent.

Rohstoffe aus biologischem Anbau. Eine gewaltige Menge Hefe klebt da am Flaschenboden. Da kracht das Handgelenk beim Ausschütteln. Deutliche Hopfennote, recht bitter für ein bayerisches Weizen. Viel Frucht (insbesondere Aprikose und Zitrone). Schön weiche und sämige Konsistenz. Obwohl das Bier vieles was ich gerne habe in sich vereint - irgendwie fehlt mir etwas. Überzeugt mich trotz der unbestreitbaren Qualitäten nicht zu 100 %, kann nur nicht den Finger drauflegen.

In der Nase ein Gedicht, herrlich Getreide, im Trunk frisch, spritzig, vielleicht etwas zu gefällig, so aber astreines Kastenbier.

€-Flascherl: Golden, hazy, mid-sized and slowly collapsing white head, sweet malty-bready nose with mild but distinctive traces of floral hops and a delicate rural touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied and very soft; slightly lingering and a bit drier soft fruity-hoppy finish with a returning rural touch. Hats off! A decent Seidla, almost of franconian quality...

500 ml bottle. Unclear dark golden, small foamy head. Lots of grain and hay, bread, grassy hoppy notes, fruity notes (apple, apricots), citrus. Malty sweetness, dry citrussy hoppy bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty finish. Great.

Doughy yeasty, slightly fruity, minimally spicy and wheaty malty aroma, hints of apple, clove. Taste is doughy yeasty, yeasty fruity and minimally spicy, sweet-ish, wheaty malty and slightly grassy hoppy, hints of apple, pear, a touch of baked apple, honey, clove. Watery texture, indifferent palate, medium to coarse, mildly prickly carbonation. Light, refreshing, quite sweet and doughy, though - so-so.
